Business ProgressA general business progress between the customer and SonoSteam will comprise a series of activities:

ConfidenceDoing business with SonoSteam requires exchange of confidential information, therefore one of the first steps is to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement - NDA. Thereafter the customer presents the production, the facilities and their specific interests in microbial decontamination, whereas SonoSteam presents the technology, equipment, documentation of the biologic effect and the business model. As the parties agree that there is a base for future cooperation a time schedule is established. Clarifications & ElaborationsThe next steps are demonstration of the SonoSteam equipment and defining the success criteria. A facility survey is made to prepare for the installation and trials which follows after the Letter of Intent is signed. Throughout this period elements to the corporation agreement are formulated. Evaluation
When trials have been performed the verification of the success criteria is evaluated and the corporation agreement is signed.
